Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Pakoda/Pakora Recipe | How to make chicken pakada with 1 spoon oil
Ingredients:
250 grams Bone less chicken - small pieces
1 & 1/2 tbsn Red chilli powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tbsn cumin powder
1 tbsn Coriander Powder
1 tbsn Ginger Garlic paste
Pinch of Garam masala
1/2 Slice lemon Juice
2 tbsn Corn Flour / Rice Flour
1 tbsn All purpose flour
Pinch of baking powder
Pinch of Red food color (Optional)
1 tbsn Yogurt
Description:
Mix the chicken with all above ingredients and marinate for an hour.
Pre heat air fryer and add marinated chicken pieces into Air Fryer basket.
Start the Air Fryer after setting temperature 360F and timer 15 minutes
Check In Between for even frying ( Toss the food)
After 15 minutes - Crispy and Yummy chicken pakoda/pakora ready.. Serve with lemon and Onion. Enjoy!!!
