I definitely remember asking myself this question a lot when I was younger. The answer is you shouldn't have to. Instead, show her.

If you find yourself stressing about telling a girl you like her then you are not in a good position. It's much better to show a girl you like her from your actions. Tell her the things you like about her not just "I like you" and have a plan for what happens after. Why are you telling her you like her? Do you want to go on a date with her do you want to hang out with her more. Even making tentative plans later that week is a good place to start.
