About a few months ago I was playing the game using an Action Replay to experiment with some codes, and then I decided to ask my bro if he wanted to play. We began playing Battle Mode when I clicked L to centre the camera behind me. BUT I forgot I still had my "Press L for 00:00.00 on timer" code activated and not only did it reset my time in the Battle, it offered up new effects that I dubbed the Co-Op Glitch!

As far as I know this hasn't been shown on the Internet, so I decided to record this with my bro Scatlink Sean to showcase this NEW GLITCH of the GameCube version of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.

Here are the requirements to activate the Glitch:
1) A GameCube Action Replay with the "Press L for 00:00.00 on timer" code.
2) 2 Players.

Here are the effects of the Co-Op Glitch:

-You know the glitch is in effect when the HUD completely changes and the time has reset, resulting from the "Press L for 00:00.00 on timer" Action Replay code.

- If 1 player dies, you both die and you lose a life from your life totals from story mode.

- If 1 player completes the level, both players will win and the story mode results screen is shown along with a rank.

- (Speed Battle Only) If 1 player dies after someone reaches a checkpoint, the player who reached the checkpoint will start at the checkpoint while the other player restarts the entire level.

- (Emerald Battle Only) Both players can find the 3 emerald pieces to complete the level, but the radar only works for player 1.

- (Machine Battle Only) As the goal of Machine Battle is to kill the other player, the levels are unwinnable in Co-Op Mode as both players share the same life; hence the name Co-Op. As the levels are so small, the glitch is useless here.

- (Racing Battle Only) Player 2 is technically part of the race as their placing doesn't change while passing racers. BUT if Player 2 is ahead, player 1 will be effected in their placing.

- This glitch doesn't work in Chao Race or Chao Karate.

- This glitch was discovered and tested on the GameCube PAL version of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. As I do not own any other version of this game, I couldn't see if it works on other versions.
