How To Save A Dying Windmill Palm Tree!

It's been 8 months since the needle in middle of tree stopped growing so I had to take action. Here I will be explaining my reason for cutting the top off one of my palm trees. Ive never done this before so I am quite nervous. I had 3 palm trees delivered and planted last spring. Hired a team of guys to remove all the old dirt using a mini backhoe. 3 loads of dirt went out. Total cost was around $4800. So you can see how i was so reluctant to do this. But doing alot of research and the fact its still mid spring, this will give the palm tree a chance to grow. I would not have done this in the fall or winter. Also give you a tour of my garden.
