Learning to ride is not easy, it can be daunting, demanding and stressful all at the same time but its’ the best thing in the world to do and gives you a sense of achievement and confidence too.

If you have never ridden before , my advice is do some home study before you attend your CBT. You have to learn lots of new skills, like how to use the clutch, throttle and the brakes.
You’ll have to balance the bike, control where it’s going and listen to the instruction ALL AT THE SAME TIME. It can feel overwhelming and frustrating, especially putting it all together on the road when it might feel a bit scary.
