Sthūla Śarīra Prajñā is a phrase of Sanskrit words you can use to refer to your awareness of just your physical body.
Sthūla means “Gross” as in “physical”, or “not-subtle”, and is a way for you to refer only, to the awareness of your physical body in contrast to the different but related awarenesses, those of your subtle body (Sūkśma śarīra) or your causal body (Kāraṇa śarīra or Liṅga śarīra). The latter of which, singularly consists of Mahat, alone.
Śarīra, is the Sanskrit word for you to use anytime when you are speaking of your “Body”, or “Bodies” within the system of “Bodies” known to Yogi’s as mentioned above.
Prajñā is the Sanskrit word you can use anytime to refer to the process of awakening your wisdom and, the wisdom itself.
Prajñā refers to a special kind of wisdom, a highest form of wisdom that is the wisdom completely realized by you, through your direct experience and manifests as the realization of the true nature of the object of your focus or attention, the object of your full awareness.
Prajñā is a word you can use to refer to this heightened and fully informed awareness.
And so, Sthūla Śarīra Prajñā is a way you can refer to your fully realized awareness of your physical body and all of its constituents.
