*before the recipe: understand that no food can make you gain or lose weight. It can act as a fundamental support to your journey and improve your proximity to the fat loss goals. The magic is only and always in the process! Ok good, now read the recipe:

Ingredients:
1) Jackfruit Seeds (big) - 8 (Nos.)
2) Green Chillies - 3-4 (Nos.)
3) Big Onion (chopped) - 1 (Nos.)
4) Mustard Oil - Few drops
5) Ginger (chopped) - 1 (Nos.)
6) Coriander leaves - A bunch
7) Water for grinding
8) Salt As per taste

Procedure:

- Remove the outer white skin of sun-dried Jackfruit seeds. If you want you can peel out the Red skin of the Seeds as well.
- Now boil the Seeds in a Pressure Cooker adding a little bit of Salt in Water.
- Drain out the water once the seeds are boiled and soft.
- Now in a grinder, add coriander leaves, ginger, onion, green chilli and jackfruit seeds. (You can increase/decrease the number of seeds as per your thickness consistency)
- Add a little mustard oil, water and salt. Grind it well.
- Your chutney is ready! Serve it with roti/sabzi and relish your meal.
