A multi-million-selling international hit recorded in various languages by French singer-songwriter Gerard, “Butterfly” was released in two different English-language versions. This first was issued in the U.S. on the Columbia label, and the second (1972) on MGM-Verve (with the “don’t flutter by” lyric [ Ссылка ] ). Both used the same instrumental backing but with a different mix for the vocal tracks.
