This is my pumpernickel rye bread recipe. I hope you enjoy! 🥖
Recipe:
1 3/4 cups water
3 cups flour
1 cup pumpernickel rye meal
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp yeast
2 tsp salt
Optional: onion powder and garlic powder
Bake 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes in a Dutch oven with the lid on. Once done let the bread rest on a cooling rack.
