I know Cinnamon Rolls are most commonly associated with the R-Pod convection oven... But this morning I made a killer breakfast casserole with green pepper, jalapeno, onion, eggs and cheese. And the best part is, it will feed us for a few days.
It's so simple. First, I love these aluminum baking dishes because no clean up.
-use oil/butter on your pan
-throw in onion, pepper, whatever other veggies you like (or cooked meat even)
-whip 3-4 eggs, cover veggies
-bake in convection at 375 for 8-10 mins
-add layer of cheese
-bake in convection at 350 for 8-10 mins
-let cool for 5-10 mins
