To make it happen simply follow these steps...
Ingredients:
1. 600g #chickenfillets;
2. 30g fajita seasoning;
3. One red onion, sliced;
4. 200g peppers, sliced;
5. 6 laughing cow wedges / 100g light cream cheese;
6. 320g protein pasta;
7. Parsley.
Method:
1. Add diced chicken to a pan;
2. Add 15g fajita seasoning and mix;
3. Add sliced onion and bell peppers;
4. Cook pasta;
5. Add cream cheese/laughing cow and a little pasta water to make a creamy sauce;
6. Add cooked pasta;
7. Mix until combined;
8. Serve and Enjoy!
