It is completely terrifying that teenagers would think its right to threaten elementary kids while driving past their school. You might think that this is an impossible occurrence, but it is not because it actually happened. In March, 2023, in La Crosse Wisconsin, something horrifying happened and some police officers had to chase down three teenagers who had threatened to harm some students at an elementary school when they drove past the school. The students who got visibly scared, decided to report the horrible incident to the school authorities. It was an unusual incident and something that raised alarm in the school so they decided to get to the root of things.

With the use of the school's surveillance camera, they were able to identify the vehicle that was used by the teenagers. They were able to discover that the vehicle had been used previously to commit a lot of crimes including; theft, damage to property and juvenile complaints. With the use of the surveillance camera, they were able to identify the license plate of the vehicle when it made a traffic stop.
