Marvel's Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is finally hitting theaters and features the first official introduction of the Mandarin (Tony Leung) to the MCU. But this is not the first time we've seen or heard about the Mandarin or his Ten Rings terrorist organization in the MCU.
