ESCABECHE FISH
Ingredients:
Cooking Oil
1kg Tilapia or ANY FISH
1/2 cup ginger
1/2 cup onion
6-7 Clvoes garlic
1/4 tsp turmeric( luyang dilaw powder)
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/4 Cup sugar
CARROTS (OPTIONAL)
Seasoning to Taste
Salt and Fish Sauce
Pepper
Water
INSTRUCTION:
1. Fried the fish. Then set aside
2. Saute ginger until golden brown. Then garlic and onion
3. Add some water. Season with Salt and Pepper. Let it Simmer, Then add Vinegar and Sugar
4. Put Some turmeric powder. Add water if you desire. Season ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE.
5. Last, put the fish. Simmer, and DONE!!! ENJOYY!
