Ingredients🍳
1kg Asian chives (Buchu)
2 medium-sized onions
200g Korean hot pepper flakes (gochu-garu)
⅓ cup and ¼ cup fish sauce (140ml)
¼ cup plum extract (60ml)
½ cup water (125ml)
6 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons sugar
