RAWLINS, Wyo. (KUTV) — A Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper was nearly hit by a semi-truck while assisting another vehicle on the side of the road.
Officials said luckily no law enforcement or first responders lost their lives to the out-of-control vehicle along I-80 near Rawlins in Wyoming.
