Linguine al limone is a fresh lemon pasta that has its origins in Amalfi coast, home of highest quality lemons. I have cooked this dish with homegrown untreated lemon, and I highly recommend to buy organic lemon when you prepare this dish, as we will also consume the lemon zest. The lemon sauce will have a creamy result, but without using any cream. Instead we will create the lemon cream with a mix of pecorino romano and pasta water.
The dish is amazingly easy & fresh and will deliver uncomparable flavors you have perhaps never experienced before.
