Kathmandu, April 25 (ANI): A massive earthquake measuring 7.9 magnitude struck 80 km east of Pokhara in Nepal on Saturday, causing some buildings in the capital Kathmandu to collapse, witnesses said. Still photographs showed women and children sitting outside a school after the quake hit. Sources from Kathmandu also said that some buildings collapse and walls of several houses reduced to rubble. According to report, at least one person was killed when an old building collapsed in the premises of the Indian consulate in Kathmandu. The dead person was a Nepalese national, according to a Nepal-based journalist. Dozens of people with injuries are being rushed to the main hospital in central Kathmandu.
