Plain Khuska is always an easy preparation! But do you know the right preparation? Learn now. Preparations with Basmati Rice are always special. Today I am using DAAWAT Basmati Rice. The rice is long, soft and perfect to make Briyani, Khuska, and similar preparations. Try this recipe and let me know the feedback in the comments.

DAAWAT பாஸ்மதி அரிசி / DAAWAT Basmati Rice - 2 Cup
எண்ணெய் / Oil - 2 TBSP
நெய் / Ghee - 1 TBSP
பட்டை / Cinnamon
லவங்கம் / Cloves
ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom
பிரியாணி இலை / Bay Leaf
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 2
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது / Ginger Garlic Paste 1 1/2 Spoon
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 5
தக்காளி / Tomato - 1 1/2
மிளகாய் தூள் / Chilli Powder - 1 Spoon
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
தயிர் / Curd - 200 ML
எலுமிச்சை / Lemon - 1
உப்பு / Salt
