Today, we look at new solo work by former Pussycat Dolls member Melody Thornton. With years of wisdom under her belt since being a part of the Dolls, Thornton delivers a subdued, restrained, but incredibly beautiful performance in 'Phoenix Rise', a song about rising up and fighting for what you believe in. The song comes from her new EP titled 'Lioness Eyes', which is an impressive body of work. Have a listen.
