The Sparks of War: Ringing Deeps quest requires you to collect
100 Sparks of War in the Ringing Deeps.
This can be done in multiple ways; any world quest in the zone
will reward you 10 Sparks of War. Defeating a rare will reward you 8 Sparks of War. Digging will reward you 5 Sparks of War. Deep-Lost Satchels will also reward you 5 Sparks of War.
