Cutting a hole pattern in a prefabricated 316 stainless steel tube. This tube is mechanically pre-processed using #honing or tensile grinding.

Previously, these holes were drilled with the result that burrs formed on the inside.

To get this product burr-free, 6-axis micro waterjet cutting is THE solution.

The tube is provided with a hole pattern with individual holes ⌀ 1.25 mm within a tolerance of less than 0.05 mm.
These are checked using our optical 3D measuring machine.
