PART 3!
Mindset, luck and help. In this one I reach the first checkpoint, I also start to slowly realize how big this adventure actually is. I Continue to push hard, I break down, get back up again and keep on going. Giving yourself time to figure out who you are, giving yourself time to just be you is probably the biggest gift you can give yourself. We'll dig in to all this in future videos but I really want to stress how important it is! I'm really glad I get to share this with you!

I will make a lot of videos where I go through all the gear I used, the path I chose and general tips and tricks but first we go through the adventure! :)

Just a heads up, this was very challenging for me, both mentally and physically, lot of emotions as I'm sure you can imagine, I wanted this to be raw, the way I experienced it and felt it so you'll know what to expect if you decide to do it one day. There will be times in this series where I curse and loose my temper, I hope I'm not offending anyone, I do apologize beforehand!
