Ingredients:
200g Chicken breast (diced)
3 Dried chilli (rehydrated)
2 Cloves garlic (sliced)
2cm Ginger (sliced)
3-4 stalks Spring onion
40g Cashew nut
Kung Pao Sauce:
1 tsp Oyster sauce
2 tsp Light soy sauce
2 tsp Dark soy sauce
2 tsp Black rice vinegar
1 tsp Cooking wine
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Potato starch
2-3 tbsp Water
Chicken Marinate:
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Potato starch
