🔥⚽️DEFENDER SPECIFIC DRILL⚽️🔥
-Here is a great speed & conditioning drill for my defenders. In this drill you will implement many different things a defender will experience. You will create a triangle with 3 cones 15-20 yds away from each other. You will sprint to cone 1 and de-accelerate at cone 2, from cone 2 you will run backwards will switching sides until you get to cone 3, where you will rotate once again to sprint back to cone 1.
-Perform 3-5 Reps for 3 Sets with 1-2 Min Rest
