A quick look into how a day at the Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center (RYTTC) plays out. This footage is from the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training In Rishikesh Certification class.
The day starts at 5: 30 am with morning tea and is followed by Pranayama & Meditation, Ashtanga & Vinyasa Flow, Anatomy, Adjustments & Teaching Methodology, Hatha Yoga, Philosophy and finished with Self-Study & Silent Meditation at 7pm. Of course, breakfast, lunch and dinner are also served outside the yoga hall throughout the day!
