The Oberheim OB-1 is on my opinion one of the best looking and best sounding synths ever made. But it is very rare and no many people did have the possibility of having or even playing one. So it remains practically unknown, unmentioned, almost forgotten in every discussion about analog synths.

That said, my intention with this video was to take a look into this classic designed and classic sounding synth.

If you can get over my English (I have to choose between speaking veeeery sloooooowly or speaking at normal speed with lots of mistakes, and... I went for time saving), you may find an useful explanation of how the OB-1 works and, more important, how it sounds.
