Sooji Chilla Recipe:
1 cup plain yogurt(whisk it well)
1/2 cup water
1 cup coarse semolina
1/4 cup besan flour(gram flour)
2 cups chopped veggies
Salt to taste
2 Green chillies or black pepper
Directions:
•In a mixing bowl add yogurt, water, semolina, Besan & salt, mix it well until there are no lumps.
•Add green chillies & your favourite veggies. Mix it very well, make a batter of thick but pourable consistency. If needed add more water.
•Take 1 piece of bread then coat with the batter, drizzle some oil around the edges roast on hot skillet from both sides.
•Allow to cook until the edges leave the pan. Flip it to the other side.
•Serve with your favourite chutney or sauce😋
