A short, slightly tongue-in-cheek tutorial on how to perform a Kong Gainer.
The move is relatively straightforward if you can kong and gainer.
The Team Kinetix / DTM acrobats are practicing and progressing at the weekly gym session.
Make sure you drill the prep moves, then commit 100% when you try to perform the whole movement.
