Full Recipe:
16 ounces fresh or frozen gnocchi
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes, optional
Season the gnocchi with oil and seasonings. Air fry at 380℉ for 5 minutes, shake the basket, and continue to air fry until the gnocchi is golden brown, shaking the basket every 2-3 minutes. This will be for 3-5 minutes for fresh gnocchi and 7-10 minutes for frozen gnocchi.
