I always see videos on landscaping jobs and no one ever discusses profit and expenses...well here you go. 10% profit when the national average is 3%. When doing the overhead calculation make sure you have office rent, gas, office staff salaries, budget for when mistakes happen and most importantly what would you pay someone to replace you. Most of you pay yourselves nothing or even worse live off the business.
