Here's a shorter, more concise and hopefully clearer video on how to wrap a hand for boxing, kickboxing and most any general fighting art. I show two styles: basic old school and my own creation. Its primarily so the people that are going to take my self defense/mma/kickboxing classes can learn how to do it, but hopefully anyone else can learn something too :)
