you can go to build mode to rotate the list of outposts - 9:28

Extra tips:
-The suits advisor's boost give you info on outpost before raiding them, more details at higher level, a good way to avoid annoying killboxes.
-The pheonix pod is destroyed when picking up the genmat, but you can place the pod while or right after picking it up.
