As with other Gala events I've paid my first visit to before, this is another one I can now cross off my list! The Cotswold Festival of Steam, an event held once a year on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway, is a celebration of when Cheltenham and Gloucester used to have one of the largest working railway networks back in the heydays of Steam, with home and guest locomotives appearing that had some sort of familiarity with the respective areas before the withdrawal of Steam in the 1960s. Had an absolute blast on this day, seeing locomotives I've not seen yet as well as those that I have, having lots of different kinds of variety makes these days all the more enjoyable! And I may definitely visit this event again in future too :)
