Don't forget to pair it with dark hot chocolate, and maybe some natilla.
Here's what you'll need:
Full Recipe
2 Cups of cornstarch
4 Cups of grated cotija cheese
5 Eggs
3/4 Teaspoon of baking soda
2 Tablespoons of sugar
1 Cup of queso fresco (part-skim milk cheese)
Frying oil, enough to have about 2 ½ in. deep. If the dough is too dry, use milk to moisten it.
Half Recipe
