Trivial criminal and cheat, Raja chooses that the easiest approach to get rich is to get hitched to an affluent young lady, and in doing as such, he chooses to change his personality to Professor Parimal Chaturvedi and instruct in a school. Once there, he meets with rich and pretty Pooja, and both in the long run become hopelessly enamoured with each other. Lamentably, his actual personality is uncovered and he is let go from the school.
