[What the engine does]
So here’s how the PUNK engine works:
You use Emergency Teleport for Noh-P.U.N.K. Ze Amin, search Noh-P.U.N.K. Foxy Tune wih Ze Amin and then use Foxy’s effect to discard itself and send another card from your hand to the graveyard to bring out Noh-P.U.N.K. Deer Note. You Synchro Summon Chaos Ruler, The Chaotic Magical Dragon and chain-block its effect with Deer Note’s Graveyard effect to bring back Ze-Amin. After resolving these two, you Link them off into Crystron Halqifibrax to bring out a level 2 Tuner from the deck (Plaguespreader Zombie), which you can later Synchro off with Chaos Ruler revived by its own effect to go into Baronne de Fleur.
