Strawberry Jam Recipe:
3 LBS Frozen whole strawberries
1 pack Sure-Jell Powdered Pectin
7 cups sure
Crush strawberries. Mix in pectin. Bring to a rolling boil, stir in sugar quickly. Stir continuously and bring back to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and ladle into prepared jars. Water bath can 10 minutes for pints.
