INGREDIENTS:

1. 1/2 head of small Cabbage
2. 2 Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong)
3. 6 Garlic Cloves
4. A handful of Green Onion

5. 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
6. 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
7. 1/4 teaspoon of Salt & Pepper (to taste)
8. 1 tablespoon of Cooking oil
9. OPTIONAL = 2 - 3 tablespoons of Water
