Had a blast talking to Adam Scramstad who we connected with in his Oregon based studio. It was hard to focus on Adam with the dual Buchla Clone Systems in the background. But the conversation pulled us right back in. Adam and Gus both happened to have lived in FL in similar stages of life. We talked about his early days getting into guitars and synths. He remembers being able to pick up Roland TR-606 and TB-303 devices bundled together for $50. He later forwarded me some of his other early scores and the prices were literally unbelievable. We got a little acoustic performance toward the end as well as a quick Buchla Bleep bloop. Just a total blast as expected and a fun hang with Adam. Check out his insta for the latest.
