1. Go to Office 365 Admin Center
2. Hover on User icon
3. Click on "Active users"
4. Select user you want to assign role to
5. Go to "Roles" and click on "Edit"
6. Select a role
7. In case, if you select "customized Administrator", you can assign specific admin roles too
You can assign multiple roles here
8. Click on "Save"
