Unacceptable behaviour in any sector is not something staff want to experience or affect their daily lives.

I spend some of my time when delivering training or speaking to clients around the subject of unacceptable behaviour and the incidents that have affected the morale or operations of the organisation.

In this video, I have picked five things that have risen to the top of my list and hopefully some areas of guidance. Any type of behaviour that has an impact on a staff member should not be ignored or pushed to the side, so take a few minutes and see what you think of my five and compare them with yours as the list can be endless.
