The Harford County Sheriff's Office said deputies are investigating a shooting and crash Thursday afternoon in Edgewood. Deputies were called around 2:15 p.m. to Cedar Drive in the area of Harr Park Court, where a pickup truck crashed into a parked tractor-trailer.
