Dr. Waldrop describes his surgical treatment algorithm and technical pearls of using the Syndesmosis TightRope® fixation. The Syndesmosis TightRope is comprised of a #5 UHMWPE (Ultra-highmolecular-weight polyethylene) suture, tensioned between two metallic buttons against the tibia and fibula.
