The team of experts in the Dutch AVROTROS program Masterpiece is taking on an unprecedented challenge. For them, the coming months will be devoted to reconstructing a single masterpiece: The Night Watch. This national cultural icon is larger than life not just in terms of status, but also physically. The studio where the team will be working as of today (8th of April) is the Rijksmuseum. The four-part series will be shown on Dutch television in the winter of 2021.
