Vietnamese people live throughout the world outside of Vietnam. In my opinion, there's no other place in this world outside of Vietnam than Sapa in Prague that you can get authentic north Vietnamese food as good and as plentiful as this place. The reason for this is because the Vietnamese food are primarily made for Vietnamese people. There aren't many tourists here. The Vietnamese food in North America tend to be westernized. If you're in Prague, Czech, I highly recommend visiting Sapa. The food is cheap and delicious. The haircuts... I don't know..
