Smoked Chorizo Queso is so addictive! 🧀💨🌶🌿🔥

I know… it has taken me some time to finally make a smoked queso recipe. This one, however, is everything I hoped it would be. Smoked on the @OklahomaJoesSmokers Bronco Drum Smoker, it is spicy, cheesy and amazing. Make with ground chorizo, fresh tomatoes/onions and jalapeños.
