🔥 10 MIN PAN-FRIED BEANCURD 🔥
This recipe is not only healthy (minus the oil 😅), but it also has a BOMB garlic sauce (which you can use for other recipes) and it comes together in only 10 MINS. Weekday dinner for the fam anyone? 😍💕
✨ ingredients:
fresh beancurd (you can get this Asian supermarkets near the tofu section)
oil for pan frying
pinch of sal
✨ bomb garlic sauce:
2 tbsp minced garlic (fresh or pre-minced works)
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 red chili pepper (can be omitted or subbed with chili flakes)
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil (heat on stove and test with wooden chopstick - if it bubbles it’s ready)
