Ello, World!

This video is a bit over due, but here I share my story of my first time ever doing yoga and why I became a black yoga teacher. It's almost been three years since I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in NYC before moving back home to Baltimore and starting my first yoga business. I hope this inspires you to consider giving yoga a try or even shifts your thinking on what yoga is. To those who have been in deep contemplation of becoming a yoga teacher, my push is that you go with it, be open to the journey and discover your why.
