Global stocks have turned lower after explosions rocked Brussels airport and metro stations early today. European airline and travel stocks fell as soon as the news broke. European airports have stepped up security. Safe havens, such as gold, were higher. The New York City Police Department said it is ramping up its presence at bridges, tunnels and subways. Carnival Cruise Lines (CCL) can now set sail for Cuba. It won permission to be the first U.S. cruise ship operator in 50 years to win the right from Cuban authorities to sail from the United States to the Caribbean island. The cruises begin May 1st from Miami. There's been a bombshell development in Apple's fight with the FBI. The legal case is on hold after the U.S. government said it may now be able to crack the iPhone used by one of the San Bernadino terrorists without Apple's help. The FBI is testing its new found method and will report back to the court on April 5th.
